VIAGGIO YOGA & ARRAMPICATA IN SICILIA

The yoga and climbing we offer are interconnected activities: morning practices prepare body and mind for the day of climbing. In the same way, climbing will be tackled by putting into practice the principles of calm, awareness and concentration developed during yoga. We are very keen to ensure that these two disciplines are not seen separately: the goal is the maximum expression of ourselves thanks to the synergistic action of the two disciplines.

PROGRAMMA

December 26: The guys from the B&B will come to pick you up at the airport to go at our meeting point where we will stay overnight: B&B Polvere di Stelle. Here a welcome aperitif will be served

December 27: The day begins with the activating yoga practice in the morning. Followed by a breakfast based on local delicacies to be ready for an intense day of climbing at the Custonaci cliff. Upon our return, a relaxing yoga practice awaits us and finally dinner at the B&B

December 28: As the previous day we start with the activating yoga practice in the morning, breakfast and climbing along the suggestive cliff of Salinella; relaxing yoga practice in the evening and dinner at the B&B

December 29: As the previous day we start with the activating yoga practice in the morning, breakfast and climbing on the beautiful canes of Never Sleeping Wall; relaxing yoga practice in the evening and to conclude the day traditional street food of Trapani (transfer by our means)

December 30: We also start the last day with morning yoga practice, breakfast and half a day of climbing before the farewells and preparations to return. Our local partners will take care of the airport transfer
