The Selvaggio Blu is considered one of the most fascinating and intense routes in the Mediterranean. In this hiking version, the journey retains all the power and beauty of the original route, but is offered in a more accessible format, designed for those who want to experience it without tackling the more technical sections of the classic version. <\/p>\n

You walk for several days in a wild and isolated environment, far from inhabited areas, immersed in some of Sardinia’s most evocative landscapes. Each day alternates panoramic trails, descents to the sea, stretches through Mediterranean scrubland, bays with crystal-clear water, and moments of sharing at the bivouac. <\/p>\n

Journey program<\/p>\n<\/div>

Day 1: From Santa Maria Navarrese to Us Puggius<\/strong>
The journey begins from Santa Maria Navarrese, an ideal starting point to enter the Selvaggio Blu territory.<\/p>\n

The first stage leads to Us Puggius, where the first overnight stay is planned. It will be a day of settling into the rhythm of the trek and the more authentic dimension of the journey. <\/p>\n

The evening will take place in a characteristic setting, with a welcome from the shepherd, tasting of local products, and overnight stay in a simple and evocative structure.<\/p>\n

Day 2: From Us Puggius to Porto Pedrosu<\/strong>
From Us Puggius you continue toward Porto Pedrosu, one of the first spectacular bays of the route.<\/p>\n

The walk allows you to enter more and more into the wild landscape of the eastern Sardinian coast, among trails immersed in Mediterranean scrubland and glimpses of the sea.<\/p>\n

The day ends with a bivouac under the stars, one of the most intense moments of the experience.<\/p>\n

Day 3: From Porto Pedrosu to Irbidossili<\/strong>
From Porto Pedrosu you reach the Irbidossili area, where a new bivouac is planned in an isolated and authentic setting.<\/p>\n

The evening will be dedicated to sharing and discovering local flavors, with a dinner featuring Sardinian specialties. It will be an opportunity to experience a simple and memorable convivial moment, immersed in the atmosphere of the Selvaggio Blu. <\/p>\n

Day 4: From Irbidossili to Cala Mariolu<\/strong>
The fourth day leads to one of the most iconic destinations on the coast: Cala Mariolu.<\/p>\n

The route passes through the Golgo area and then descends to the sea, offering one of the most scenic stages of the journey. Arriving at Cala Mariolu offers the chance to enjoy one of Sardinia’s most famous and evocative bays, with its clear waters and the rocky landscape surrounding it. <\/p>\n

After the walk, a swim in the sea becomes a natural part of the day.<\/p>\n

Day 5: From Cala Mariolu to Cala Sisine<\/strong>
The last stage includes a short transfer by dinghy to Modaloru, a secluded and charming bay, from which you resume the walk toward Cala Sisine.<\/p>\n

The route allows you to experience once again the variety of the coast, among sea, rock, and Mediterranean vegetation. Arriving at Cala Sisine marks the conclusion of the trek. <\/p>\n

The return by dinghy allows you to observe from the sea the stretch covered in previous days, offering a different and evocative perspective on the route just experienced.<\/p>\n<\/div>

Technical details and useful information<\/p>\n<\/div>

Meeting point:<\/strong> the group meets in Santa Maria Navarrese the day before the trek begins, with overnight stay in a B&B.<\/p>\n

During the trek:<\/strong> each evening the bivouac will be set up together and dinner will be prepared as a group. Supplies will arrive daily and you can have a small personal bag carried, in addition to essential gear for the day. <\/p>\n

After the trek:<\/strong> the return from Cala Sisine to Santa Maria Navarrese will be by dinghy. A final overnight stay in a B&B is included. <\/p>\n
