Path is technically simple, but require a minimum of personal training. You spend the night in half board in agritourism accommodation or in any case characteristics houses.<\/span><\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #0c71c3;\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: large;\">ITINERARY<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Noli- Ponci Valley<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Ponci-Boragni Valley<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Boragni &#8211; Valle dell\u2019Aquila<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Valle dell\u2019Aquila-Finalborgo<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Finalborgo-Verezzi<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #0c71c3;\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: large;\">PROGRAM<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Day 1: Noli- Valle Ponci<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large;\">From Noli you gradually rise up along a magnificent path overlooking the sea and along a stretch of the Pellegrino trek. We reach the Manie, places of ancient history, where we will visit the cave of the Manie &#8230;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large;\">The first day starts from the beach to go up to the heights of Manie overlooking the sea, along paths initially steep and engraved in the rock and then flat and sinuous in the woods. We will walk along a portion of the Pellegrino trek, pass in front of the prehistoric site of the Manie cave, and then reach the Valle Ponci farmhouse, an oasis of tranquility!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Day 2: Ponci-Boragni Valley<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large;\">The second day is dedicated to the walk along the Via Julia Augusta.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: large;\">From Val Ponci you retrace the road of the Roman bridges, with a fantastic detour to Monte Corno, to enjoy the view from its top! We will then descend to the Cornei Valley, one of the most evocative and spectacular in the Finale area, we will go up the entire valley to then be able to cross the promontory of the Val Nava which will lead us to the town of Boragni.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Day 3: Boragni &#8211; Valle dell\u2019Aquila<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large;\">We will partly retrace our steps, crossing however the Strapatente cave, a gem of the area! We will go to admire the beauty of the Ciappi with their ancient rock carvings, and then go back down to the Valle dell\u2019Aquila to the characteristic Agriturismo Ca de Alice.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Day 4: Valle dell\u2019Aquila &#8211; Finalborgo<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large;\">This day is the one that will allow us to delve into the historical-naturalistic heart of the Finale area!<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: large;\">From Ca de Alice we will go to see the famous and wonderful Ivy cave, the Castrum Perticae and the Pollera cave!<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: large;\">This fourth day will be a headlong dive into history, amidst gray vertical walls and deep cavities typical of the karst that shaped the valleys of Finale. After going up to the fortress of Perti, we will descend to Perti Alto and finally walking along the Beretta road at the foot of Castel Gavone we will arrive in Finalborgo, at the Ca d\u00ec N\u00ec, a unique structure in the heart of the medieval village.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Day 5: Finalborgo- Verezzi<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large;\">The last day of trekking is the highlight, with a sea view walk towards the Caprazoppa promontory, crossing the Vecchia Cava di Verezzi, where it will be possible to admire and above all understand why the rock of Finale is so precious and sought after, since we will observe some fossils. And then we will go back to Verezzi, where we will conclude our experience with an unforgettable lunch overlooking the sea!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #0c71c3;\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: large;\">NOTE<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large;\">The trek will be confirmed upon reaching a minimum of 4 participants<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><span style=\"color: #7cda24;\"><strong>Equipment<\/strong><\/span>:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Lightweight trekking shoes<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: large;\">Clothing suitable for the season (will be communicated)<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: large;\">30\/40 lt backpack.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: large;\">Personal underwear replacement clothing.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: large;\">Rain jacket.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: large;\">Water or other drinks, packed lunch for the first day and some snacks. It will be possible to take advantage of the half board service and to prepare a packed lunch for the next day.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #7cda24;\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: large;\">How can I pay for the Super Finale trekking?<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large;\">A deposit must be paid for the trek<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: large;\">Room and board services will be paid for individually on the spot<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: large;\">Places are limited (max 8 people)<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #7cda24;\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Is reservation required?<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Absolutely yes, it is mandatory to book.
