Basic Climbing Course (over 2 weekends)
You will learn basic movement patterns, fundamental safety concepts, and we will lay the foundations for lead climbing.
The days
Saturday, September 26
This first day is dedicated to basic safety concepts: how to tie in and how to belay your climbing partner in "top-rope" or "second climbing" mode. Basic movement patterns will be demonstrated and put into practice.
Sunday, September 27
The following day we will put into practice all the concepts covered on Saturday on the beautiful rock of the Finale area.
Saturday, October 3
After an initial review and warm-up phase as seconds, we will lay the foundations for lead climbing: belaying the lead climber and anchor management.
Sunday, October 4
We will put into practice the concepts learned the previous day, also climbing as lead climbers.
