Multipitch Climbing

In the crags of the Finale area, classic itineraries and modern lines intertwine, always immersed in a striking setting between the sea and the mountains.
Climbing long routes here is an experience of freedom, technique, and pure beauty.

Routes can be equipped with resin-bonded bolts or traditional protection like pitons and threads, depending on the history and style of the wall.

Here are some of the most renowned crags for multipitch climbing:

• Rocca degli Uccelli: a historic sector; climbing is prohibited from January 1st to July 31st.

• Monte Cucco: short, classic routes, often with vintage gear.

• Rocca di Perti: north and south faces with numerous routes of intermediate difficulty.

• Bric Pianarella: the highest wall in Finale, grand and airy.

• Capo Noli: a unique route right over the sea, traversing above the waves.

• Scoglio del Butto – Rocca dell’Aia (Loano): routes with an alpine character and sea views.

• Rocca dell’Ulivo (Toirano): more recent routes, vertical and challenging.
