Canyoning: adventure among water, rock and wild nature
Canyoning is an outdoor activity that involves descending watercourses using mountaineering techniques.

Difficulty
depends on the chosen route. There are itineraries suitable for everyone, including children, both in terms of difficulty and length

Duration
the descent can last from 3 to 5 hours for the proposed itineraries; however, with the journey, preparation and approach, the entire day is required.

Elevation Change
from 100 to 300 m of descent depending on the route.

Development
from 1000 to 1500 m depending on the route.
Near Finale Ligure, a river of Vertical Experiences
Enjoy a day of fun and relaxation among dives and slides in the fresh waters of a stream.
Canyoning is the only vertical experience that does not take place in the immediate vicinity of Finale but can still be practiced in a day with travel by car ranging from 40 minutes to an hour and a half.
Once at the starting point of the route, the day will proceed as follows:
- Preliminary briefing, distribution and organization of equipment.
- Approach route: normally this is a walk mainly on a trail that can vary from 20 to 45 minutes.
- Putting on wetsuits and harnesses.
- Preparatory briefing.
- descent of the stream
- at the end of the route, short walk to return to the starting point (10/15 minutes)
