Corno Stella and Catena delle Guide
Corno Stella offers an imposing southwest face of excellent, highly featured gneiss.
Together with the nearby Catena delle Guide, it is undoubtedly the most interesting area in the Maritime Alps for rock climbing, in a beautiful natural setting.
There are indeed routes for all tastes, with lengths ranging from 100m up to 400m.
In addition to various interesting historical routes on traditional terrain such as the De Cessole, the Campia, or the Spigolo Superiore and the demanding Alitalia 80 or Italo, there are numerous modern routes well-equipped with bolts.
The good bolting on some routes also makes them suitable for personalized multi-pitch workshops to learn how to move independently on multi-pitch routes.
Making it all even more appealing is the nearby and welcoming Rifugio Bozano, excellently managed by Marco Quaglia.
Here, after the climb, you can recharge with excellent dishes cooked by the manager, craft beer, homemade cakes, and good company.
An offer not to be missed and suitable for every level!
